June numbers are continuing to look up!
June’s figures were recently released and continue to show solid improvement in the RI real estate marketplace. There are many resources out there that continue to support that this is not an overnight recovery however things are moving in the right direction. This type of recovery is what we want, my prayer is that the days of “buy today and sell next year for 20% more NEVER RETURN”. That’s not sustainable but 5-10% appreciation each year likely is.
